Industrial HVLS Ceiling Fans Playing A Magical Role in the Railway Station

Now the train has become our necessary means of transportation, and the railway station has become a place with a high concentration of people. The railway station is generally located in the city center, the air convection is poor, and the pollutants are not easy to spread. All kinds of vehicles often pass by, go back and forth, and emit a large amount of combustion exhaust gas (CO, SO2, NO, NO2), etc. There must be many restaurants in places with many people, and a large amount of wastewater and waste (garbage) is also discharged, all of which make the surrounding environment worse.

The carbon dioxide in the railway station's ticket office is seriously exceeding the standard, nearly double the highest carbon dioxide standard stipulated by the state. The waiting hall smelled of soot, and the ticket hall was crowded with people waiting to buy tickets. Even though the two doors of the ticket hall were all open and the exhaust fan on the roof was running at full speed, there was still an unpleasant smell in the hall. In this environment for a long time, it is easy to feel chest tightness, shortness of breath, and even fainting. To reduce carbon dioxide concentration, it is necessary to increase operating costs. According to national regulations, in addition to carbon dioxide not exceeding the standard in public transportation waiting rooms, the indoor temperature must not be lower than 14 ℃. If the indoor ventilation volume is increased and carbon dioxide is reduced, the heating capacity of the air conditioner must be increased. Otherwise, the room temperature will not meet the standard, greatly increasing the operating cost.

The high density of people in waiting rooms can release a lot of dust, odor, and carbon dioxide and produce a variety of microbial bacteria. Coupled with poor ventilation, bacteria, and other biological pollutants will survive for a long time in a specific environment and carry out spread.

The industrial HVLS ceiling fan is installed in the upper space 4.5 meters above the ground and is fixed on the structural roof beam using clips, which will not affect any activities of the people on the ground, and is safe and reliable. The airflow formed by the fan blades is pushed toward the ground in a cone shape from top to bottom and flows in the horizontal direction to the ground. This way, the air circulation is enhanced in all directions, with multiple angles and no dead ends. The hot air on the roof and the cold air on the ground are mixed to eliminate temperature stratification. Circulating air can be quickly exchanged with fresh outdoor air through doors, windows, or roof fans, helping to achieve consistent ground-to-roof temperatures. When the air-conditioning unit is turned on, with the large fan, the indoor air can be fully mixed evenly, which can reduce the startup time of the air-conditioning unit or turn off part of the air-conditioning unit, which can circulate the air more effectively, reduce the airflow, and reduce costs.

To compensate for the lack of fresh air in the air conditioning system, some waiting rooms are now using large industrial fans to solve this problem. After using a large industrial ceiling fan, the fan blade pushes a huge amount of air, making the waiting room's air move. The number of air changes per hour can reach 60-120 times, completely improving the dirty air in the waiting room, and forming fresh, clean air and a suitable temperature waiting environment. At the same time, properly increasing the air conditioner's temperature by 1-2°C can save large electricity bills without affecting the comfortable waiting environment. Many passengers have loved the installation of large-scale industrial HVLS ceiling fans in the waiting room, so its price has also attracted the attention of the railway operation department. Generally, its price is affected by brand, overall material, and installation service. The motors of large industrial HVLS ceiling fans are divided into geared motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors. At the same time, the one-piece wheel hub is made of 7075 aviation-grade aluminum material through CNC lathe processing and CNC precision machining technology; the material strength problem of the mating part with the motor shaft is solved.

After processing, each piece of the wheel hub will undergo a precise dynamic balance test to ensure that the large fan rotor has a good balance performance and improve the fan's safety. The fan blades of large industrial ceiling fans are made of aviation-grade aluminum plates, which can withstand more than 3 tons of tensile force and will not break when accidentally hit. It is designed according to the principle of aerodynamics, with small wind resistance. It can completely convert electrical energy into kinetic energy, with more uniform air volume and no voids in the middle.

Through the installation of large industrial HVLS ceiling fans, the content of harmful bacteria in the air of the railway station has been reduced by more than 80% compared to when it was not installed. It can be seen that the proper installation of large industrial HVLS ceiling fans will greatly improve the air quality of the railway station. If the method is adopted properly, the air quality of the waiting hall of the railway station will be the same as the outdoor air quality.
